Using proprietary technologies we will produce at least two basic types of protein isolates, a readily soluble protein and a precipitated protein, for use in various food applications. In addition to this two different low level concentrates will be produced, one for food applications and one for feed applications, mainly fish. These protein products have good functional properties and have a higher nutritional value than other available plant-based proteins.

The Soluble Protein Isolate (SPI) is an ideal protein for use in beverages due to its excellent solubility, high nutritional value, near 100% digestibility as well as a balanced amino acid profile.

The Precipitated Protein Isolate (PPI) is suitable for many food applications, mainly in the meat industry, as well as specialized uses such as power bars or muscle building formulas.
